This programme is intended for the ‘hands-on’ manager whose role is to manage limited resources in order to achieve specific results required by the organisation. The focus here is on the practical approach – using plans or methods to achieve specific, short to medium term aims, as distinct from the operational approach where the breadth of authority and timescales involved are more significant.

The Diploma normally takes between 9 and 12 months to complete
